By accessing, browsing, registering as a partner, or submitting enquiries on Dukanix ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Partner Verification & Identity

All manufacturing partners on Dukanix undergo mandatory identity and business verification, including submission of valid GSTIN, MSME/Udyam certificates, or trade licenses. Partner identities on public catalog listings remain confidential prior to enquiry confirmation to ensure direct, verified rate negotiation.

3. Pricing, Minimum Order Quantities & Quotations

Prices displayed on product detail pages represent direct ex-factory rates shared by our partners. Buyers must adhere to specified Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) floors. Bulk tier discounts automatically apply at threshold volumes. Quotations issued via WhatsApp remain valid for 7 calendar days.

4. Enquiries, Payment & Order Fulfilment

Dukanix connects buyers with verified manufacturing partners and facilitates enquiry routing, order payment, and dispatch coordination. Buyer payment is collected by Dukanix - either through secure online checkout for eligible products, or via a Proforma Invoice coordinated through our Sourcing Desk for wholesale orders. Dukanix settles the net order amount to the manufacturing partner, after deducting its platform commission, once dispatch is confirmed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dukanix provides factory rates and enquiry matching in good faith based on partner GSTIN verification. Dukanix is not responsible for shipping delays, material specifications, or disputes arising directly between buyer and manufacturing partner.
