Each factory sets a minimum order quantity (MOQ) based on roll lengths, weight, or bundle sizes. Minimum thresholds are displayed clearly on every product page.
Freight is calculated based on total order tonnage and transport distance from the factory plant to your city warehouse. Options include factory gate pickup or full truckload site delivery.
Yes - every order gets a downloadable order invoice (`DKX-INV-2026-XXXX`) with the seller details and amount paid. A detailed GST/HSN tax breakdown is coming soon.
You pay Dukanix, not the factory directly - either through secure online checkout (UPI, Net Banking, Cards) for Buy Now products, or via a Proforma Invoice shared on WhatsApp for wholesale orders quoted by our Sourcing Desk. Dukanix then settles the net order amount to the factory partner after dispatch.
Click 'Become a Partner', complete business verification with one proof document (GST Certificate, MSME/Udyam Registration, or Trade License - GSTIN itself is optional), and our compliance desk will review your application within 24-48 hours.
Dukanix collects payment from the buyer. Once material dispatch is verified or delivered, the net order amount (minus platform commission) is settled to your registered bank account.
