Business verification proof documents (GST certificates, trade licenses) are stored in an encrypted private vault (kyc-documents). Public access is strictly prohibited, and administrative review uses 1-hour time-limited signed URLs.

3. Use of Buyer Data

Buyer contact numbers and enquiry notes are shared exclusively with the assigned verified factory partner for quotation fulfilment. We do not sell or trade user data to third-party brokers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us using the details below.
